Introduction

We have taken great care to set up this site on a secure server, so you can send us your payment details in complete confidence. All card details are sent to us in encrypted format to provide the maximum security for you, and are securely decrypted when we are ready to ship your order and process your payment.  Remember that we do not debit your card until your order is ready for shipment.

Methods of Payment

Does My Tum Look Big In This accepts the following payment methods for orders.

• Visa, Mastercard and Switch Maestro.
• We will also accept Does My Tum Look Big In This gift vouchers.
• All payments must be in pounds sterling. All overseas orders must be paid by credit card.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an automatic email confirmation upon successfully placing an order online. We have a legal obligation to provide you with an electronic receipt for your transaction which you may want to file or print out to keep for future reference. If you do not receive this within an hour of placing your order, please check any spam folders, or contact us at sales@doesmytumlookbiginthis.com.

The confirmation will include details of your order, including your chosen delivery address, and a link to the invoice.

Delivery Information

• We aim to ship your order within 14 days of receipt but please allow up to 28 days for delivery to avoid disappointment.
• Where items are temporarily out of stock despatch may be delayed. We will advise you if this is likely to be more than 28 days.
• All items are subject to availability and the website may not always show the latest stock although we use every effort to keep this updated daily.

Your order will be dispatched speedily by the Post Office by recorded delivery.

Delivery charges for maternity boutique purchases are charged at the following rates:

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Sold Out

Unfortunately some items will sell out more quickly than anticipated. If an item is no longer available we’ll display a sold out message as soon as possible. We may still have the item in other sizes or colours though; you can reset your size/colour choices (where applicable) on the product page to see if other options are available.

With a few items we may experience longer delivery times if stock deliveries are delayed. In such cases, though the item may currently be sold out, we’ll display as soon as possible, the expected warehouse delivery date.

Guarantee

We are totally confident in offering our unconditional guarantee of quality, comfort and fit. If not absolutely delighted with your clothes when you receive them, please take advantage of our 'no quibble' guarantee. Just return them to us within 7 days of the despatch date for a full exchange or refund (applicable to items sold in our maternity shop, not maternity hire items).

Returns & Exchanges

Just return your unworn clothes with the original labels still intact and the labels and garment in the same condition as received, within 7 days of the despatch date for a full refund or exchange as required.  We will refund you within 30 days of our receipt back of the garment, provided it is returned to us in accordance with this policy, by the same method by which payment was made.  PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE LABELS FROM THE GARMENT(S) UNTIL YOU ARE SURE YOU WISH TO KEEP THE GARMENT(S) AS WE CANNOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS INTACT.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL INTERNET PURCHASE RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED TO Does My Tum, PO Box 466, FARNBOROUGH, HAMPSHIRE, GU14 4EF within SEVEN DAYS OF ORIGINAL DISPATCH DATE.

SORRY BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND P&P (if applicable) AS THEY ARE DIRECT COSTS.

PLEASE OBTAIN A 'PROOF OF POSTING' CERTIFICATE FROM YOUR POST OFFICE WHEN RETURNING GOODS AS WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PARCELS LOST ON RETURN TO US. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL, WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND.

Maternity formal Wear Hire Terms

Terms & Conditions of Hire

All hire orders are subject to your acceptance and signature of our standard Hire Agreement and our confirmation of availability for your required dates. Upon receipt of your email, internet, or telephone order, and time permitting, we will complete and send a Hire Agreement to you which will detail and confirm the item you wish to hire, the period that you wish to hire it, and the cost (including any amounts due, if any). 

We then require that you print and sign two copies of the Hire Agreement, returning one copy to us (along with any payment due, if any) to the branch that is providing the hire garment, no later than seven (7) days following our emailing the Hire Agreement to you. Please note that your order is only held for seven (7) days pending receipt back of the agreement and any payment due).

In the event that there is not sufficient time for the hire agreement to be completed and returned to us (eg. for last minute hires), the terms of hire as stated here shall apply.

Hire overview

(In the event of any conflict, the terms and conditions of the signed Hire Agreement, as agreed between Does My Tum Look Big In This and you shall apply).

Hire periods are usually for four days from the working day after shipment (we always use guaranteed next working day delivery) – the shipment date being the working day before the agreed hire start date. For example, if you have a function on a Saturday evening, we will ship the hire item to you on Thursday, which you will receive on Friday (Day 1). Function is on Day 2, and you then have a further two days to return the item to us – i.e. you would need to ship the item back to us (next day delivery at your cost) no later than the following Monday (Day 4). DON'T WORRY if these general terms don't fit your requirements - we do try to be flexible where possible to meet your requests - so just email us with your requirements and we'll see what we can do to help!

A returnable deposit* equal to the hire value along with full payment for the hire period is required before we will ship the item. *All deposits are returnable subject to the item being returned to us on-time and in the same condition as it was sent to you.

All hire items are washed/professionally laundered, or dry-cleaned as appropriate in between each hire period, and unlike many others, the cost of dry cleaning/laundering is INCLUDED in the hire fee !

You are more than welcome to view and try on any hire items you may be interested in. If you would like to arrange an appointment contact your local branch to view their collection.

We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees on any hire items in accordance with the following:

Payment:

Payment should be made by either credit or debit card (through our secure on-line ordering facility) or electronic funds transfer.

Delivery:

Delivery of all hire items are made via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day on the agreed date, before 1pm), and the delivery charge is one flat-rate of £5.95 per hire item (NOTE: This excludes maternity wedding dress hire orders which incur a flat rate of £9.95 due to the additional weight and packaging requirements).

We are sorry, but we cannot extend our hire service at this time to any countries outside of the UK (with the exception of the Republic of Ireland). Maternity wear purchased on the website can be despatched worldwide.

Returning your hire item:

All hire items should be returned to Does My Tum Look Big In This via Royal Mail Special Delivery no later than one (1) working day following the end of the Hire Period. Please return all hire items to the branch from which you originally hired the garment (see your Hire Agreement for the return address details).

General:

Although we take great care in describing each item as accurately as possible, interpretations may vary dependant upon each individual. We are confident that you will find our descriptions to be honest and accurate, however in the unlikely event that you are not happy with an item, we require that you contact us prior to wearing the hire garment, detailing the issue. Any claims made after wearing the garment shall not be accepted. Does My Tum Look Big In This shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or any other way, and liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.

DMTLBIT stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.
